All items ship via White Glove Delivery. Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 contiguous states and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
White Glove Delivery starts at $299 and is based on your delivery destination (calculated at checkout).
Prepare for Furniture Delivery
Please confirm that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. Consult Measuring for Furniture Delivery.
Scheduling Delivery
Our Home Delivery partner will contact you to schedule your in-home appointment. At the time of scheduling please advise our delivery partner of any special delivery requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, and service elevator reservations.
Our delivery partner is happy to work with you to schedule a date and time that is most convenient for your delivery. Your delivery should occur within 30 days of our first scheduling call to avoid storage fees. After the 30 days, storage fees will be $5 per item per day.
Delivery Day
White Glove Delivery includes bringing the item to your room of choice, up two flights of stairs. This service includes, unpacking, assembling if required, and removing all packaging materials. Headboards will be unpacked but not attached to existing bed frames. Please ensure that the area where the item will be placed is clear of furniture, and that pathways are unobstructed prior to delivery. The delivery team is unable to move or relocate existing furniture or other items.
An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
