The Trade Program is available to interior designers and decorators, architects, licensed general contractors, and professional home stagers and stylists who work directly with clients to design spaces. Applicants must provide one of the following professional documents to qualify for membership.

• Valid business license that verifies the business as interior design, architecture or build business.
• Valid membership in a major design organization (for example, ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
• Interior design certification (for example, NCIDQ, CCIDC)

Trade Members can place orders online.  Sign in using your Trade account details.  Trade Program pricing will be reflected when you place items in your cart.  If you need assistance, email an order form to trade@thebedstutio.com .

The Bed Studio is required to collect sales tax based on the laws and regulations of the state indicated in the shipping address.  The Bed Studio will continue to monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.  If you intend to purchase merchandise for resale and wish to waive sales tax on your qualifying orders, please note that we will do so only upon request and that tax documentation is subject to review, validation, and approval at the sole discretion of The Bed Studio in accordance with state, local, and federal guidelines.  In addition to a valid resale number, we also require a copy of the completed certificate.

The Trade discount is not available with other online sales or promotions.  

Yes, we offer complimentary fabric swatches.  Wood finish samples are available to purchase online.

We do not currently offer rental or loan of our products.

We do not accept returns for special order, custom, monogrammed items, or if they are final sale or clearance items.  For all other purchases, we gladly offer refunds, less any applicable shipping charges, for any orders that you are not fully satisfied with, within 30 days of delivery.

You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email.  Your shipping confirmation will include tracking information for the products indicated as shipped.  

Yes, a trade professional outside the US can apply to our Trade Program with proper documentation.  International clients must have all merchandise shipped to a freight forwarder within the US, lower 48 contiguous states.  Once the merchandise is delivered to the freight forwarder, The Bed Studio is no longer liable for the merchandise.  The Trade member is responsible for coordinating international delivery from the freight forwarder to the desired shipping location outside the US, lower 48 contiguous states.

We will gladly ship product to your contracted US based freight forwarder within the lower 48 contiguous states.  We do not ship outside the US, lower 48 contiguous states.  Once The Bed Studio delivers the merchandise to a freight forwarder, The Bed Studio is no longer liable for the merchandise.

Yes, you may add authorized users to your account.  When applying for Trade membership, the application provides the opportunity to list additional authorized users.  Subsequent to the application, you have the option to email their first and last names, position within the company, email address, and phone number to trade@thebedstudio.com to make the addition.
